I want to buy one of those cool wrench extenders that hook on to any wrench... but which one? Are the cheapies good enough? Just lite use.
What I have been doing is locking two box wrenches together... works fine, but I think a cool specialty tool would be better. Advice?

I usually just slip a pipe onto the end of the wrench I'm using.
The tool you're thinking about seems pretty efficient. Quality metal matters.
I'd only worry about applying too much force to an open end wrench and spreading the jaws apart and rounding the nut bolt head. Big force should be reserved for the closed end of the combo wrench (6pt?).

Looks cool but as stated, I'd be concerned about breaking the wrench with too much torque. But definitely looks safer than what you have been doing.

I have one of those that I use on my GearWrench ratching combo wrenches. They're guaranteed for life so if I mess up the ratxhwt assembly, they'll send me a new one, but hasn't happened yet. My wrenches are the twisted beam type so pressure gets applied to a flat spot on the wrench instead of the skinny edge, so on that set I can't slide the multiplier down to the end, but also have a regular set where I can. It's very handy.
