Any Reasons Not To Use Rose Passion?

Any Reasons Not To Use Rose Passion?
I have to order a new oil pan for my 997 due to an idiot over-tightening my drain plug. I'm not sure if it was the shop at my last oil change or the one before. Regardless, the pan has to be changed due to a drip from the drain plug/crush washer. I have shopped around and RP is significantly less expensive for what they claim is a genuine Porsche part. About $400 less after gaskets, shipping, etc.
Anyone use them and have any problems? Good experience, bad experience? Looking for feedback.
TIA, PDawg.

I didn't know that was possible. I'm not even sure why it leaks considering it just uses straight thread and a crush washer but it does. Tried Aluminum washers, copper washers. Torqued to 19 ft/lbs, torqued the $%#@ out of it. Nothing made a difference.
I had the same problem on my Boxster before I sold it. Both cars went to the same shops for oil changes. One of them damaged both pans and they both leaked. Conveniently right before I put the Boxster up for sale, which the PPI properly caught. I had the PPI shop replace the pan as a contingency of the sale. They tried to change washes and inspect the pan but couldn't find anything wrong. It just leaked no matter what they tried until the pan was replaced. I just assume the pan needs to be replaced on my 997 as well.

Personally I’d take the car to a well regarded and recommended Porsche independent, or better still a restoration shop, to have the oil pan thread repaired, rather than the clowns who look to have damaged the oil pan threads on your cars twice already, because if they can’t do something as simple as tighten a drain plug to the correct torque, they sure as hell can’t be trusted to carry out a thread repair properly, especially on something as critical as an oil pan thread.

The only issue I've ever had with Rose Passion is that they don't update the parts they have available. Several times I've placed orders and several days later they came back and said they don't have the parts. Other than that, no problems.

I had a bad experience with Rose Passion in december. I ordered a new cooling pump, original, 560euro...But they send me an aftermarket part, made by Geba. Initially they tried to convince me that is identical to the original...but after they had my pictures, they asked me to send the aftermarket pump ( shipping payed be me ), and refound the money
