Can you code out PASM on a 997.2 car if you fit some Ohlins, or do you need a £400 Cancellation Kit still.

There are small modules to delete PASM:

But you can code it out as well.Reply

I have a car with PASM and went the Ohlin route and used the KW PASM cancellation kit. This allows all other functions without the codes, been 4 years, no issues.

I don’t really want a lot if I can avoid it. Rather code it out.

Yes, you can. Do it all the time.

Curious why you would swap an active suspension system for a static one.
Ride height? Or do Ohlins provide better compliance and performance? Or just performance gains?
Seems like a bad trade for a street/canyon 997, but I am all ears.

Active is too slow and unpredictable I find, gives a very bumpy ride and PASM on the nose bobs about, it’s pretty ****.

passive you know where you are and all the ring records done by Porsche on on passive dampers you will note.

I'd have agreed with you before I installed a DSC controller, they're pretty much magic. I'd recommend that you consider installing one before you start chasing other options unless you really want to spend more money.
