Default Oil residue on Throttle Body

I have noticed some oil residue / buildup on my throttle body. Is this normal? AOS was replaced a few years / maybe 10k ago. If not normal, any thoughts as to what could be causing this?

oil on the inside of the throttle body, normal, oil on the outside, not normal looking, would start with that line that looks kinked?

Check the tightness of the clamp the arrow is pointing to. If that's right, it's likely the fitting on that breather hose (circled) that uses an o-rong on the end to seal and isn't making a good seal. The kink thing mentioned previously is just the jacket on a wire so don't worry about that
