Arrow Refurbished PCCB 2010 PHOTOS

Hi guys, just want to show you how refurbed discs look like for 997 GT3.

Values using Carboteq are significant better, also the weight went from 4662 g to 4678 g.
Ct (before) 65,5 60,2 60,8 61,5
Ct (after) 79,1 71 71,9 76,4

Yes. PCCBs are not solid carbon. They use a support structure onto which liquidised carbon material is bonded using heat. It is this that is refurbished

^thats pretty innovative

any RL used this service and can report how was the experience and quality of final product? Love to hear some reviews.

Yes we are. Our process additionally "infiltrate" ceramic material into the basic carbon structure of discs which results in more dense material/ structure. That improves heat transfer of discs, during braking...resulting in faster cooling, less overheating...longer lifetime.

That's great. What's a ballpark price on doing that?

I wasn't aware that the PCCBs were constructed that way and thought what you described here was more like the newer PCSBs with the white calupers
