Default DME Report Help

All, I’m looking at an ‘08 C2S and got the following from the DME report. However, I don’t know how serious the range 1-3 counts are or if the range 4 should be an automatic no. I had a 996 in the past and am trying to get back into the 911 game; unfortunately I’m out in Hawaii with basically no inventory so I’m having to do this remotely so would really appreciate your input on this. The car has 48k miles. Thank you!

^^Your report is missing how many over-revs in Ranges 1-4. It is showing the hours when over revs occurred but not how many over revs.

Awesome catch, thanks for letting me know. I’ll get the full report and follow up.

Should also show the total hours. That's how you know how recently an overrev event has occurred. The range 3s and 4s were a long time ago based on the time that the recent 1s a d 2s happened, so no longer a concern. What you don't know is how long ago those 1s and 2s happened.

Yeah, still some unanswered questions but the range 3 &4 wouldn't be a deal breaker but a negotiation tactic for me. It may bother the guy you're trying to sell it to down the road ;-/

At 48K miles I'm assuming the Range 1 2290.40 hour number that is showing on the report is most showing the most recent number of hours - But as Petza mentioned there should me a total number of hours listed as a separate number.

I got the full DME report and the numbers are shown below. It’s a pretty low average speed for the life of the car but I think everything else looks pretty good. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Report looks good to me. Make sure you get a Bore Scope Inspection and thorough PPI before you decide to purchase

48000 mls , 2300 hours ... maybe the km are too low. Have you checked the km also in the DME?7
