Default Loose Rubber Trim

Good afternoon!

Was hoping someone could tell me if any of these pics represent issues that I should address, are normal, or any other opinions. My primary concern is obviously whether or not these gaps are going to let water in, and if you guys have similar gaps or not.
Drum roll please...

This first one is the trim in the corner at top of windshield

This is the rubber / plastic below wiper blades

also the rubber / plastic below wiper blades

rear window, rubber is kind of tucked weirdly

Except for the rear window, mine are all similar and no water issues. Had the rear glass been replaced or had it always been like that?

Thanks for the feedback @dmpslc . As far as rear glass being replaced -- I don't think so but not sure. I just bought this car and am the fifth owner so truthfully the history is a little blurry. Post-PPI at a dealership though they said everything was in great shape.

The cowling around the windshield wipers seems to get that way with age. I drove mine through a ton of rain right after I bought it and had no leaks, but it annoyed me aesthetically so I replaced it. It looks like the price has gone up a few bucks since I did mine, but it's still not bad, considering it includes the heated washer nozzles in it:

Oh that's not too bad -- did you install yourself? Just like, tear the old one off and put this one on? Is it just a big sticker basically or how does it go on? Thanks!

There are a couple of bolts under plastic covers, and a screw in the middle that's visible. It's not too bad of a job, but you have to remove the wipers, and there are a couple of antenna wires that also have to be dealt with. I replaced the cowling, the two plastic covers on each side, as well as the nuts that hold the wiper arms and the plastic caps that cover those.

Was there any glue or anything to deal with?

Nope. The most difficult part was getting the wiper arms off (I don't think mine had ever been off), but I have some nice nylon trim tools that worked well.

This guy did a nice video on the swap:
