Default 997 BBS E88 Gurus help!

I bought a used set of BBS E88 wheels while here in Germany. The owner was the original owner who had them spec'd for a 964 widebody turbo but the specs were about identical for my 997.1 S (narrowbody) so I pulled the trigger for a great deal (and good story). They've since been mounted, raced, ran and autobahned with no issues. However, I want to get the lips re-finished and possibly get new sizing while I'm at it. This is where I need your help BBS gurus, I have part numbers but no exact offset for these and want to know the current offset and what size I should go for next (for the fronts).

Okay! Got the face numbers:
Specs are as follows:
18x9 +40?
Part numbers and size:
0288274 (577 and 580)

01 82 042 1212 (18 x 1 1/2) LIP
01 82 054 1112 (18 x 7 1/2) BARREL

18x11 +60?
0288108 (1161 and 1164)

01 82 044 1212 (18 x 2 1/2) LIP
01 83 056 0812 (18 x 8 1/2) BARREL

Additional question, I'd like to resize the front to more of a 997 narrowbody friendly sizing. Ideally (opinions welcome), up front:
18x9 +45-50 or 18x8.5 +40-45 ???
What part number (lip) would I need to buy to accomplish this? I plan on having them re-done if its worth it.

Please and thanks BBS gurus!

I'm running the same centers on my 7.1 GT3 (NB). Here's my setup:

Front
274 center
19x9 +50
1" lip / 8" barrel

Rear
108 center
19x12 +62.5
2.5" lip / 9.5" barrel

Your current setup is 18x9 +37.3 which as you know is too aggressive for a NB. You need 1" lips to make it work up front. You can keep the 7.5" barrels but the fitment I listed above is ideal. And while you're at it, you can copy my rear configuration for a perfect setup with 245s and 305s. Some run 325s on the back but I think it's unnecessary on all .1s except GT2.

Wow thank you for the feedback. I'm actually on the hunt for two 18x1 inch outters (lips), that should put me around 18x8.5 +36-40 up front which is much more feasible. Went outside and measured in about 1/2 inch and it looks perfect, much better than the current setup. Thanks for the reply. My tires are almost time to go so I will look into the sizing option as well.

I am running the following:

Front-18x9 et50 245/40r18 MPSS

Rear-18x12 et66-67 295/35r18 MPSS

It works pretty great. A tiny bit of rub on my front fender liner when reversing. The only reason I went with a 295 rear tire, is the lack of a decent 305 for my use case (99% street driving). 245 is about perfect up front.
