Default Help with value estimate for 997.1 base cab 6 speed

Help with value estimate? Someone is looking to trade their 2007 911 base model convertible with hard top as part of a deal on my car. Manual transmission 57k miles. PCCBs (I think based on yellow calipers and drill pattern), Fuchs style wheels, Borla exhaust, clean title no accidents that I’m aware of, haven’t done PPI yet. Waiting on VIN to confirm options. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a base model with PCCB.

Google tells me the IMS bearing is only up to 2006 models so I guess that’s not a concern?

A few pics attached. Haven’t looked at it in person yet but it’s local. Rough guess on value? I’m not up to date on the 997.1 market.

Looks clean. I’ll say $40k.
2007 still has an IMS, but the IMSB is larger than earlier models, less prone to failure, and not replaceable without splitting the case. You biggest worries are accident damage and bore scoring.

With PCCBs, the lowering springs that car has (base models look like rally cars without them, the exhaust and lighting upgrades, I'd say $45k. Nice looking car. Does it have any interior upgrades like hardback sport seats, carbon or extra leather trim, full leather option, etc?

This market, high 40's up to low 50's. Just my opinion.

FWIW, I have a 2005 C2S Manual Cabrio w/55k miles on it. So two years older than yours and an S. I paid $42k for mine 5 months ago. I can't imagine this car would be under $50k w/this mileage and mods.

Update - not PCCB, just calipers painted yellow. Thanks for the info so far. Car is not very loaded on options. Standard interior and $92k MSRP

Base Cabriolet lower on value. Manual Transmission a plus and having the hardtop a plus. - Looks like Atlas grey(Very dark grey).
Never know anything about value until you have performed a PPI and always good idea to get Bore Scope Inspection performed.
I'd say if all checks out on PPI & Bore Scope and good service records $42-$45K market value.
