Great thread. I have a big tent; that is, I like/see the appeal of lots of cars. Unfortunately I don't have the space. That being said, I'm on several waitlists for the new Caddy CT5-V Blackwing with a 6MT; seems like a good complement to the 997. Waiting...
1970 Pontiac Bonneville 455 for some classic American muscle (and perfect ice cream getter) and 2015 Chevy SS/Holden Commodore SSV Redline 6MT for the daily.

Same, complete lack of space and my wife strangely refuses to park on the driveway
The CT5-V Blackwing is a great choice. Completely gorilla sedan does seem like a good complement.

Man I want a Chevy SS/Holden Commodore for a daily! Looks great.
I’ve been considering picking up a used Mustang Mach 1 or Challenger wide body scatpack in a couple years if prices ever become sane again. My wife needs a new car first. Out of garage space so would need to park outside (911 stays inside) so don’t want to drop too much coin on an outdoor car.
The Mach 1 seems pretty appealing with that 5.0 and tremac manual but the Challenger seems a lot more useful.
I had a 2017 SS MANUAL (of course!) that I daily drove for about two years. Lots of fun, very spacious and a good highway cruiser. It was a nice compliment to the 997. Would do it again.
