HVAC Temp & Fan Switches--> Amazon $35.99
#33
So I bought some set from Amazon I think that had these smaller torx drivers, worked like a charm. And as others have said, the Amazon switches are perfect. Figment is dead on, font is PERFECT and light shines through well. Can’t go wrong with the ones from Amazon. Best ones out there for the price and figment. Love mine.

I have no problem with it and nobody will ever notice unless I put car in Concours competition or I have an RL member in my car with his face planted near the HVAC panel but even then it would be pretty impossible to notice any difference without the originals sitting next to them..
Again I understand Climarepair has been slammed in other Threads pretty harshly regarding their customer service and quality of product. I have always come to their defense because I have always been treated right by them, quality always excellent and shipping fast.
And to be totally upfront so you guys can see where I was coming from and reason for purchasing the Amazon set, I have purchased 3 pair of Climarepair switches over the past 6 years - All 3 have been close to $130-$150 including shipping
I have NEVER installed any of the 3 sets of switches because I've sold my cars prior to install and I have included the switches for the new buyer/owner.
This time around I figured I would go the Amazon route. I'm real happy with the Amazon switches and glad I purchased them - They look great and almost impossible to distinguish from the originals.

It's so nice that there's a somewhat easy fix for this! Once you figure out how to get these big switches out, getting the remaining little ones out, for when you decide to paint the trim, is a snap.

These are the ones I installed. They dont have the four little "guides" like the OEM, but they work fine. Didnt have to adjust them at all. A little sticky at first. Some wd40 and several cycles and they loosened up. Very pleased.
