New for me my first P-ca: 2008 C2 6MT Cab. I have been searching on-and-off for the past several years - my first post here was 2014. I really wanted a 997.2 C2S 6MT Cab but needed other than black interior and choices were few and prices grew out of our comfort zone. This car was a two-owner NC car which allowed my wife and me to go visit in person. I was a bit (overly) swayed by the color - Ruby Red. My wife is driving it more than I am!
I struggle to find the words to express how grateful I am to all of you Rennlisters. I have spent hundreds of hours reading your posts, building a list of maintenance items and potential mods (yeah me, updated coolant cap installed), and growing my caretaking confidence from all of your DIY posts.
This purchase was a big deal for us. I don’t know if we would have gotten to this wonderful place of being 911 owners and drivers if not for this community.
