Default AC stops blowing cold air intermittently

My 2006 C2S seems to have an AC problem. It will blow cold for a minute or two and then it seems like the compressor stops and you feel a change in the air to warm and humid, then it will kick in again after 15 seconds. It's not that the cabin air temperature has reached what it's set to. I can have the temp set to Lo and it's 85 degrees in the cabin and it will still do this. Is this some sort of vacuum issue? This behavior is the same if it's idling or if I'm driving. Thanks for the advice!

Could be a number of things. The low pressure switch is shutting off the compressor to protect it because you're low on refrigerant. Your Expansion Valve could be partially blocked. Those would be the two most likely issues and where I'd start.
