Pricing for a nice 997 is up. If you really like the car, and it checks all your boxes, a few thousand dollars on the high side will soon be forgotten.

With those miles, mid to low 40s IMO

Those rims look perfect! Now I'm on the hunt.

Thanks everyone, I'm scheduling the PPI! I knew the mileage was on the high side but I wasn't sure what value the aerokit added. But I really like it.

45-50 sounds better. If you buy at 55 that is top dollar and most likely the highest price that car will ever see, if you are interested in keeping any value...find one in the mid-high 40's, lower mileage and add the aero kit pieces you like. That car would always be worth 40k's and wouldnt be losing much value if any in the long run.

$50k seems like the right number for that car, but in today's market you may not get it for that. Does it have other desirable options like sport seats or PCCBs as that could justify the Extra $5k.

Put a deposit on it and get a PPI. Would hate to pay a premium and later find out there is something going on like bore scoring or finding out that there is some differed maintenance. For these cars, there are quite a few things that need to be done based on age rather than the miles (tires, fluids, spark plugs just to mention a few). Make sure you are not buying $5k to $10k of deferred maintenance. It can really add up. . .
