I think I see stitching on the dash which would indicate full leather. Congrats. Nice car.

Not sure these are the right ones (check) but the buttons are available, yes. https://www.ebay.com/itm/18459439413....c101195.m1851

Congrats on the car. You are a smart man to avoid the 991 price hike. I think once the stop sale lifts and worse weather hits, prices will tank to normal again. I went a different route to a 981s, and have no regrets! I can always get a 911 later and spend lots of money I didnt waste on other things now.

Congrats neighbor! I am about 20 mins north of Sloan Porsche (formerly Holberts Porsche, steeped in Porsche history). GT Silver with Coco Brown is a great combo, I had a 2004 BoxsterS with that combo. I now have an ‘06 997.1 coupe in Lapis Blue which I love. Hope to see you around!

perfect - you’ll have to bring it to Carlisle coming next weekend. It’s the giant Porsche swap meet, formerly the Hershey swap meet. Great place to hang out with other enthusiasts

I'm 30 minutes north of Al Holberts old dealership in Nockamixon. Small world, I'll keep an eye out.

Congratulations @JRBucks! Awesome color combo -- one of the best, IMO.

For streaming from your phone, I bought a
Bovee 1000 Bovee 1000
from Amazon...cheap and cheerful and works virtually flawlessly. There are a lot of opinions in this area but I would not change out from the Bovee.

Enjoy!

Bob

Congratulations on a beautiful car. You did really well, and will enjoy the 997 a lot, maybe even more than the 991 or 992 you were originally thinking about.

If you want Bluetooth but don't want to lose the original audio setup, try installing the MR12Volt device. They are available for less than $200 on Amazon and elsewhere. Pretty easy install (loops into the existing PCM system); allows you to make and receive calls, play music, etc. Works pretty well.
