06 Carrera S. What would be the max range of HP if all possible mods were made? Stock is 355 hp, 296 torque. How much of an increase 10-20 additional hp?
Exhaust, intake. Anything else?

Assuming 15% drivetrain loss, you are at around 382 hp at the crank. That's almost 30hp more over stock, not bad. That's the kind of the hp gain I'm expecting from "full bolt-ons".

Car came w/ mufflers. I did APR software soon after buying the car. Then I added the plenum and throttle body. Had the clutch replaced and added the intake and cats. The last mod was the long tube headers which I believe made the biggest difference in tq.
I plan on getting rid of the APR Software at some point and will probably get a custom dyno tune or get another style of software like Fabspeed or something similar.

I guess I wasn't the only one not ready to pay $17K for 23hp. Which may have been how the 997 GTS was born. Porsche sat there with all those X-51 parts they couldn't sell or at least was a hard sell. So they created a model that incorporated those parts, charged a higher price over the regular S. Problem solved. They didn't get a $17K premium over the non X-51 regular S model but at least they got a premium and they didn't have to throw away the parts.

Without forced induction, I'd say 20-30 HP is the max achievable gain. How much of this comes from just the mods and not the tune is hard to say. I think it takes the tune to really make the most of the mods, otherwise you end up at the lower end of the potential range increase.
A supercharger adds 75-125 HP depending on which one, how it's designed, and what other mods are combined with it. My RUF C2S based 3.8L supercharged car is up around 485 HP with the CAI and full Fabspeed exhaust.
