even if you are not a huge fan of the .2 oem tail lights, it is the main signature of the .2, so I say leave'em stock.

Hard pass. No. Not because they're ugly (they are) and fussy with the need to paint the filler trim, but...why? Nothing adversely ages and ruins cars more than cheap, pointless aftermarket cometic bolt ons in my opinion.
Giving that $550 a local foodbank or something would be a much better use of resources in my opinion.

I may be the minority here, but I do like the smaller lights vs larger standard light if it was originally so designed. As you can see, I've removed the telltale gaps below the light. There is no way I will put the DEPO on my car, even if it was free, because it will look aftermarket and an afterthought design.
