Default Options list does not match the buttons on the dash

So I am poking about on a car and I am 100% certain I have the right VIN. When I run a search the factory build sheet shows as per the advertised options. However, photos of the car CLEARLY show a whack more options from the factory. Is this at all possible? I could just ask the seller but not keen to tip my hat.

Some things (sport chrono without the wart, sport exhaust) can be added after the fact. what are you seeing that doesn't add up?

Looks like it may just be SPORT+ button but yeah no wart...........I thought there was more but n second inspection (these are loafers) maybe not. Photos are atrocious, maybe PASM there too on the far right i think but not on options list.

Far right is PSM (Porsche Stability Management) which is standard.

If it's an S, PASM is also standard and looks like a shock absorber. PSE looks like a twin muffler tip. Then above that would be heated seat controls at the sides if it has those.

If it's a .1 with Sport Chrono (dash wart), even if it has PSE you won't have the muffler tips button, just a Sport button, but you will still have the PASM shock button.

Thanks. It has SPORT+ without the Chrono on the dash so likely added after initial build? And I cannot make out the buttons on the right, everyone takes photos from the drivers' seat and hides the buttons on the right.
