Getting a Taycan soon so I'm going to put my GTS up for sale. Not sure if I should do BaT or not. I had good luck selling my last 911 here so I'd rather go that route.
2012
Meteor Grey
PDK
23,500 miles
CPO until December
I was going to ask 100 but you guys have me second guessing.

I think you're low. A 4 GTS cab pdk just reached 80k on BaT, so I think a RWD coupe would fare far better. Everything on cargurus are 100+...without a CPO.

Prices in the market continue to rise and the gap between manual and PDK is getting very narrow. (Especially in light of the introduction of electric cars ).
Good luck

Hopefully that reverses as all the dinosaurs age and gravitate towards electric cars/automatics.

Your car is a rare color for a GTS, the miles are low and it still has a few months CPO left. For what it's worth, I was on Porsche's site last week and they had 4 997 GTS, all around of above $100,000. Mostly PDK. Today, they have only 2. Yes, values are sliding in both real estate and cars right now, or maybe more accurately, values of AVERAGE homes and cars. The cream of the crop is still setting records. The one thing FSBO (For Sale By Owner's) often forget, is that in both real estate and cars, the professional shops always get a higher price because selling is what they do, they have awareness and marketing advantages, people trust them more (buying a car, especially something like a CPO Porsche is often done over the phone, while a private sale is much more likely to take longer and involve a visit and inspections), buyers always want a discount when you are selling it yourself, since you don't have the costs of a professional shop and finally, the shops can easily arrange financing for a buyer whereas you as a private individual cannot. Having said that, with a car like your beautiful GTS, you've got literally nothing to lose by asking for it all. Buyers will see it, and they can always offer you less. If I were going to sell my GTS, which I never will, I would spend the money and time to have it prepped and photographed, and let the market (BAT) determine its value.
Good luck with your sale, and congratulations on your coming Taycan!

I think it's a $100k car given the mileage and CPO (assuming it can be transferred). If it has some interesting options, it could be worth $105. Look at Ryan Friedman Motorcars and see if he's offering a comparable car. I'm sure he's asking ALLL the money but its a useful guide on the market.

Recent BaT results from last week...
Two cabriolets and one coupe, all three AWD, all three Reserve Not Met:
PDK Cabriolet 19K-mile Bid to $79.5K
PDK Cabriolet 13K-mile Bid to $78K
PDK Coupe 32K-mile Bid to $78K
Coincidence, new trend, or evidence of AWD/PDK/Cab configurations continuing to lag behind the RWD/MT/Coupe values? All are Carrara White...
An AWD PDK (Carrara White) Coupe with 29K-miles also RNM on the PCAR site, bid to $85K.
Cannot view auction results without an account, but here is the link:

This PDK AWD Coupe (Carrara White!) with 29K-miles is on the auction block again... $25K with a week to go:

(It was previously posted on BaT 6 months ago, bid to $85.5 with RNM.)

I'm curious what the details of those 3 PDK cars having such low bids even if reserve wasn't met. A manual CS with similar miles just closed with higher bid than all 3.
