Thank you all for your advice. Im happy to say I will be buying my first 911 !
The seller agreed to drop it down to 39k USD and he threw in a cover + trickle charger. He has been an extreme pleasure to buy from, took me on a great test drive...It's in top shape. Not a single rattle and the engine sounds unbelievable with the PSE switched on. There is hardly a stone chip, the paint is perfect and what a colour. Pure Carrera. I also got to take a good look has his Aventador SVJ...Now that thing is pure insanity.
I am a little stressed...This is my first large purchase that isn't property. Friends and family will be weirded out. But **** it. Two months ago, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer at 35 years old and it really put **** in perspective. So now, Im looking very forward to her kicking cancers *** ( she's doing great and almost there !!! ) and us taking a very long and much deserved road trip in our new ( to us ) 911.

More importantly, best of luck to your wife as she fights cancer! Some nice, long road trips should be a welcome distraction to what she's going through.
