Just get a PPI report from a trusted source and of course detailed maintenance records. Carfax. For a good price that reflex's high mileage I wouldn't be very concerned.

Outside of standard maintenance which needed to be done.
Most rubber components would need to be replaced / refreshed / checked . This means all your suspensions pieces, mounts, bushings and radiator hoses . Especially if Canadian car as the temperature changes degrade the rubber very quickly. Think tires after which are usually no longer usable after 7 years, a 12-13 suspension is right there. Budget this in the purchase.

Remember that this is a high quality German car. For mechanical, 100,000 miles means nothing. 200,000 miles means very little. 300,000 miles could be considered high mileage but still good if maintained. At 100,000 miles the stupid electrical issues should be all sorted out by now. Wear items will include shocks( struts) and possibly tie rods and ball joints but not for sure. My 92,000 mile 997.2 did not have any wear on any of the suspension parts ,rubber or otherwise when I replaced the springs and struts. Tehcart and B6.
I am not familiar with details for the engine M97 as I have the 9A1. Others will advise details on this. Be sure to check history and if you can't do your own PPI, then get one for sure. As to other items, you will readily see for yourself such as interior wear, paint, rubber seals etc. Brakes and tire as just regular maintenance items.
If good now, it will be good in another 100,000 miles if well cared for. Just look closely and study the records and find out about the previous owner if possible. You don't want surprises.

One owner is ideal . if you get to talk to him then it is better than ideal. Dealer serviced is an ideal situation also. Records for the last 8 years makes this a terrific candidate. If the car looks good to you then you are in a great situation. PPI and make a decision !

My wifes 997.1 has 106,000 miles and runs like new. Wouldn't scare me off. Find out when the water pump was last changed. If it was 50k miles ago, get ready to do that again.
