Did you disconnect and reconnect the O2 sensors correctly?

Did you release the O2 sensor wires from the clips in the back of the engine compartment before unscrewing the sensor plugs from the exhaust so they can turn freely, or did you just unscrew them, which can overtwist and damage the wires?

Hey gang.
Took her out for a good stomp on the highway this afternoon as well as some in town driving as well. Ran like a champ. Good hour and a bit on the road. No issues.
Maybe a gremlin. I sure hope so. ;-)

Misfire back on cylinder 1 only this time. :-(.
Again about 7 mins into a drive cruising on the highway, suddenly started to sputter. Pulled over.... shut the engine off.. waited 10 to 15 seconds to restart, misfire still there.
On the way home I could feel it miss, then run ok, then miss again.
When I left it alone for 15 mins or so at home and went to drive it up on my car ramps, it’s now running fine again. :-(
I am letting the car cool down then I am going to pull the coil for a visual. If it looks ok visually I will swap it with another coil to see if the issue moves cylinders.
Does anyone know off the top of their head if you can pull the plugs without having to pull the muffler?

Cylinder 1 is right at the muffler. On a 997 2 you'd need to use a universal which would screw up torque readings when you reinstall. 997.1 may be different.

Well.... no need to move the coils around. The whole side are fooked.
