What questions do you guys have?

We sell a good amount of Billy Boat products, not specifically for Porsche but the brand in general.

My questions are

1. What is the spec on these high-flow cat ? 200 cell ? 300 cell ? metal ? tri-metal? OBDII compliant ?
2. Who makes the CATs that are being used in these pipes ? HJS? Magnaflow? Pypes?
3. Will this pipe trigger CEL (check engine light) ? Will I need to use an O2 sensor spacer to avoid CEL

Just circulating back to this thread, I ended up getting the NHP 200 cells cat pipes from Maxspeed Motorsports with their guarantee no CEL promise.

I had these cat pipes installed last season and they work, sound and fit great. No CEL as promised. They were a little more money than the Billy Boat but I figured if I can't get any answers at pre-sales from BB then I can forget about getting any kind of support post-sales. Maxspeed on the other hand was a pleasure to deal with and they answered all my questions.

I have the Billy Boat Bipass pipes on my 997.2. The important part is to have them installed properly with new sleeves so they don't leak fumes. I added Fister exhaust as well and the sound is great. Loud especially on start up until the rpms stabilize to 800. Pops and crackles when shifting between 2nd and 3rd and downshifting so I'm sure you will be happy with BB Bipass pipes.
