So I broke my Frunk switch so I refinished both plastic trim pieces, cleaned off old paint with accetone, then wet sanded with 1000, and 2500. They came out looking factory. I will be refinishing my center console the same way

Drivers Side Trim sprayed with Krylon ColorMaster Satin Black

Installed with new Frunk/Engine swithch

Passenger Side

UnoMas you are going to inspire me into doing another project that I do not have time for!

As many have said, it is a slippery slope...
My thought is to do as much as I can in the beginning and enjoy all the changes

Next is the Bluetooth then shifter bushings and then on to Fister and Fabspeed fun!
I never would have tackled these projects without all the great information on the site.

Uno,

Don't forget to post a shot of those tailpipes you ordered once you get them on the car.

Not sure if it is the angle of the pic or not but your tail pipes look like they are sagging below the bumper cover. If they are, its time for motor mounts

^^^
Could be the angle of photo but those Muffler tips look awfully low - Might be time for engine mounts?
Upload a photo taken from lower angle to get better idea.

They were only stuck on for the photo as I am putting Fister's on Monday. I am also replacing the mounts with FF's along with some other mods while I have everything apart
You guys don't miss a thing

They look great! I'm going to assume they're the same size as the OEM quad tips? Or at least they look like they are from the picture.

Not sure about that, but I do like the way they look. It looks factory with the rolled edges. It is a very tight fit which is good. Shims are very close to OEM in the way they work.
I don't remember who posted it, but I believe that 997.1S and 997.2 standard and S all have a slightly larger exhaust diameter than the 997.1 Base Carrera. I think a lot of the venders try and make them fit all models.
