I haven't heard either the Gundo or the Fister but I have PSE. I've read posts a while back from those who have heard all three and the best I could make of those was that Gundo and Fister sound near identical but different than PSE. Can someone who has heard all three chime in with a current assessment? Just curious given the huge price difference between the Gundo/Fister and the PSE. If all three sound identical, why would anyone pay $2,550 for a PSE system if you can get a Gundo hack for $100 or a more polished version of it for about $500?

$2,450 seems like a rich premium for the PSE to be able to push a button and make it slightly quieter if other than that the sound is identical between the three.

To the point of Gundo/Fister (What a name...) - is it too loud and obtrusive for LONG drives on highway? Think road trip for 1k miles type of thing, driving on autobahn etc. Would not having the flap be a disadvantage on just calm driving at speed, say 80-90mph (whatever RPM that works out to)?

Gundo and Fister sound the same because they are the same. Does anyone read this stuff before they post?

"is it too loud and obtrusive for LONG drives on highway?" Not to me, and I never turned my PSE off on my 996. It doesn't drone which I think is the biggest issue for some exhausts.
