Got it all put back together. I had to use the chopstick technique to get the t25 behind the sidemarker back in.
Its definitely dropped oil temps by 10-15 degrees. It was 95F today and oil temp was running 205-210. I had to really hammer it to get it to 220.
Only issue im loosing coolant out of the expansion tank. I dont see any leaks from the new hoses, or the front of the car. But I can see and smell it leaking from the expansion tank. I first thought I overfilled it. But when I got home it was low. So then I figured I just hadn't burped it properly and it had some air bubbles. I filled it up again with almost a gallon and after another drive it was low again. So now im suspecting my cap is leaking. If you dont have a good seal can that cause the coolant to bubble out?
Any tips appreciated.

As you probably read, in one of my posts, this modification will definitely turn your frunk into an oven on hot days. So be careful about what you store inside.
Great job.

Also consider a 170 degree thermostat if you dont already have one. I had a 3rd radiator on my prior C2S and the incremental installation of the 170 degree tstat reduced oil temps another10-15 degrees. I didn't notice materially longer warm up either.
