Default 997 c4s lowered AWD issues

I’m in the market for a 997.2 4s PDK and currently just asking questions and doing my due diligence..
has anyone experienced any issues with the AWD system when lowering a C4s?

Not sure exactly what you mean by "issues". Had one 997.1 C4S (2006) and one 997.2 C4S (2009). Both lowered with H&R springs and no real issues. The only thing I can think of is the occasional steep driveway or the like where you have to approach it at an angle to avoid scraping the bottom of the front lip. Pretty much a non issue as far as I'm concerned since if it happens, the damage is minor and can be made invisible with a some fine sand paper, a bottle of satin black spray paint from Home Depot, some old newspaper and blue tape. Takes about 15 minutes to make it look like new.

^^^^ thanks for the reply, I’ve heard horror stories from Lexus and Audi guys experiencing vibrations when lowering and installing wheels..
if I buy the C4s it will be mostly as a weekend warrior occasional track day (just for fun) as I already own an ND Miata and FD Rx7 to beat the **** out of on track.
mainly looking for looks and comfort with the 911 for my trips to Pennsylvania on the weekends..

2007 C4S lowered with H&R's and HRE FlowForms. No issues at all. Still compatible with PASM.

Just H&R springs with 19" wide body HRE offsets, no spacers. I believe HRE only makes narrow body and wide body offsets in the Flow Form model for the 997.

No issues for me with H&Rs, except for a bit more scraping. And no comments, suggestions or advice from any of the independents who've worked on the car.

If you really slam it, I suppose the driveshafts might start to cause a wobble, which can usually be solved by raising it a little.

Thanks guys.. I will never slam any car, just defeats the whole purpose of driving specially here in NYC.
my biggest issue now is justifying the price increases between the different exterior/interior color.. I certainly want a black interior car which seem so much more expensive than anything else but I guess thats normal for every car..
