Unless you need money, keep it. The 2012 4GTS with manual is extremely rare and yours is very low mileage. I would pay you $70K right now without checking with my wife :-)
Only 436 2012 GTS were made

I have a 2012 997 C2S coupe, which is also not shown on the list. The answer lies in the difference between production month and "model year" I think. My car was manufactured in July 2011 and then sold as a 2012 model year car.

If you are a collector, then keep it and use it when you have some time to exercise it.
If you are a Porsche enthusiast, and really cannot find the time to use it, what is the point of having it your garage.
Sell it.

Same as me. Interesting. Guess there's nothing distinctive between a 2011 and 2012 model year.

Which brought me to one angle of this dilemma that I don't think has been discussed yet. Although the 4 GTS was built in fewer numbers than the regular RWD GTS, I've seen arguments here and elsewhere that the regular RWD 997 GTS will be and perhaps already is the most desirable of the two. Why? Some see the 4 GTS as a common C4S with the X51 kit, some alcantera, CL wheels most of the time and a few other extras. The "plain" RWD 997 GTS on the other hand is the only 997 wide body with rear wheel drive except for the GT3 RS and the GT2 so a pretty exclusive club. Whether or not there's validity to this argument, I don't know. Time will tell but I can see the reasoning behind it.

If you believe the 4GTS is simply a C4S in wolf's clothing then sell because adding more mileage will bring down its desirability. I'm joking The car wears the GTS badge with all the accoutrements making it's a special car. I haven't checked but I read somewhere that 4GTS all wheel drive system (front diff) is more in common with the 997 Turbo S (minus the HP) and if it fails (god forbid) you can't swap or use the C4S part. Maybe this can be added to the short list of things which makes the 4GTS different from the C4S. So drive it and enjoy. You'll eventually know when you're ready to sell.

Very sound rationale sandwedge. Projecting the desirability of 997.2 GTS models over the long-term, I would rank as follows: (1) Carrera GTS coupe manual; (2) Carrera GTS coupe PDK; (3) Carrera 4 GTS coupe manual; (4) Carrera 4 GTS coupe PDK; (5) Carerra GTS/4 GTS cabriolets manual followed by PDK. Always remember...CLEAN, well documented cars, with lower mileage, will always warrant a premium price, all else equal. The paint-to-sample blue GTS that sold on BaT for high $90s was a big number for that car, but rare color with tasteful aesthetic mods.
Big number is an understatement no matter what the mods. What was the mileage on that car?

Sounds like you already decided to keep it. Perfect!
I'd rather it be in the hands of an enthusiast who is active here than possibly not.
