As a new 997.1 C4S owner what are some tips and tricks I should know about my car that aren't listed in a manual.

You can put 7mm spacers front and 15 mm spacers real wheels to fill out the wheel arches and really improve the stance abd looks of your C4S

Add LAPower Bluetooth adapter. And it's damn near a perfect car. Cause the perfect car is a C2S. 😂😂😂

I've been debating that or if to put in a new deck to replace the PCM 2.1 with Bose setup, what might I miss if I removed the PCM?

go through every single button and menu option on the PCM unit... you'd be surprised what options you have that you didn't know, light rain sensing wipers, etc

Looks nice. I would lose the front plate. Try a different option if required to have front plate.

Get the $10 ring that fits over the fuel filling opening. Some pumps freak out to the back pressure created by the extra bend in the fill line for the front trans on a 4S. Porsche sells them and will prevent the 'Holy crap' moment at the gas pump when you are on empty.

Usual suspects....water pump, coolant expansion tank, coil packs, power cable from battery to starter. Address those and the car should be good to go for many miles.

I just got that part, I'm sure it's going to be the cheapest porsche part I'll ever buy.
