Virtually no service history, or service records. Was sold as part of a government forfeiture case, probably not driven for 1-2 years in that span. Many aftermarket parts, doesn't appear to have originals.
There appear to be nice GT3s in the open market for $100-110k. I have a hard time seeing this going for as much as those cars for the reasons above. I never really understood the ultra-low mileage premium so maybe this is a can't resist bargain for that collector who likes to brag he has the lowest mile car. If it was my money I wouldn't buy it considering what else is available. This gen of GT3s isn't super rare.

997.1 Targa 4, only the 4th 997 Targa all-time on BaT, first non-S Targa. Still yet to see a 997.2 Targa on BaT.
997.2 C2S 6MT coupe, 9th all time on BaT. Not that rare but only the 4th of 2019 compared to 16 997.1 C2S 6MT coupe.
I have a particular interest in the 997.2 C2S as i've just bought a 997.2 C2S 6MT (cab) with very similar miles and spec to the auction car.
