My 2011 C2S has that same wheel but all black. Perfect grip and diameter. Very elegant, and the air bag cover just makes it, so retro. Thank you Grant Larson for all you do.

 

That guess seems like absolute madness. And yet not entirely implausible. I think there will be a few people who really want this one and it may be hard for them to drop out.

 

Yep, I guess we'll find out if the demand for manuals is still holding up. Don't know if you keep up on Tech Tactics Live, the YouTube series by PCA. The last episode pertained to values in the Porsche world. Their consultant didn't seem very interested in 997s to start with. His business was more in the air cooled market I would guess. Anyway, he just sort of dissed 997 values as being insane. Obviously, more than a few people would beg to differ. For my money the 997.2 offers much better bang for the buck than the air cooled market in general.

 

They ain’t making them like this anymore and this one is basically new. It’s literally bring a trailer too, even if just for the stock wheels and tires that come with it - no way will all four fit inside. 😎

I don't get these super low mileage cars - pay way more for the opportunity to be penalized for driving it, and to have additional maintenance concerns due to lack of use. Give me a 3,000 mile per year car any day of the week, and yes I'll take the discount for it.
