Personally surprised an example like that didn't garner a few more interested parties and drive the price up to the upper 80s. Silver over black low mileage manual .2 and only two bidders in it really.

Part of it may have had to do with that one guy who threw a blanket on it as a low mile car that would have bore scoring. I think the buyer did pretty good, considering this market.

I thought it was pretty interesting that from $79,000-$86,000 we had 19 guesses across $7,000 of the list. I'm not sure that I've seen it that tight in a while.

Congrats on the win Streetrod, you are hot on my tail, I better switch it to low gear and hit the pedal on the next auction!
$82k for this car would have been stratospheric a few years ago but I guess it's in the norm these days. I'm guessing the .2 will go up in the $100k eventually just like the 60's 911 are now.
