Hmm, this one is hard, sketchy seller, very bad color, probably has an IMS about ready to grenade because it's a 997 ya know! 
Ha - love this car. If I was in the market - I'd be all in to the end. I think it is going to do well, and BaT really loves red ones, because they are indeed the fastest.

I went way too low before... This is a clean red car with sweet upgrades (aerokit and 991 wheels), MT, relatively low miles and, most importantly, an informed and active RL seller!

just spent a bit more time looking through the pics and there are a few things that I either don’t get or that might tamp down the price (although not significantly). Feel free to correct my impressions. Part of doing this for me (beyond the fun of it) is to get better at evaluating cars and pics posted online. Not trying to throw shade on the seller at all, so posting here instead of on the auction thread:

- Does it look like one of the tires has some dry rot? I see they are Michelin PS4S but can’t see date codes, I’d be worried that I’d be in for a new set of tires $1,200-ish for the PS4S’s
- The climate switches, that is an easy fix for under $200 if you do it yourself. Why not fix it?
- The leather on the vertical (seat back) bolster of the front passenger seat looks shot. My C4S Cab also had some tired leather on the horizontal (seat) bolster that I have been working on rehabilitating (not cracked like this one). Curious to see two cars with that issue on the passenger seat, any thoughts on causes? In my case I noticed that after washing the car the Cab top had a slight leak over the spot where the leather was affected. Probably not a leak so much as me using too much pressure and pointing hose at the wrong angle into the wrong spot. Now I make sure to put a towel over that spot when I wash the car just in case.

- Does it look like one of the tires has some dry rot? I see they are Michelin PS4S but can’t see date codes, I’d be worried that I’d be in for a new set of tires $1,200-ish for the PS4S’s
- The climate switches, that is an easy fix for under $200 if you do it yourself. Why not fix it?
- The leather on the vertical (seat back) bolster of the front passenger seat looks shot. My C4S Cab also had some tired leather on the horizontal (seat) bolster that I have been working on rehabilitating (not cracked like this one). Curious to see two cars with that issue on the passenger seat, any thoughts on causes? In my case I noticed that after washing the car the Cab top had a slight leak over the spot where the leather was affected. Probably not a leak so much as me using too much pressure and pointing hose at the wrong angle into the wrong spot. Now I make sure to put a towel over that spot when I wash the car just in case.
