Yeah, that is exactly what happened to me. I won't soon forget buying a 2012 Boss 302 Laguna Seca one afternoon at work, then coming home and telling my wife. That was a chilly day in daBurg! So, the real price was hardwood floors on the stairs and second floor, plus new carpeting. No free lunch fellas, and BaT is a very addictive drug (my newest 928 is a BaT RNM acquisition which I bid on; although on that one, I had the wife on the phone with me, and she got caught up in it too).

Congrats Alfnado! I think it was the cocoa interior that mainly brought in the big bucks. I've seen C4S with similar miles go for less than $42k. Yeah BAT is definitely the place to sell your Porsche.

Lol linderpat, I know the feeling. Many years ago on sat night came in from back deck and told wife, well I just bought a Z3! Guy in middle of texas 3 1/2 hrs south of me with zero ebay feedback listed car with one pic and turned out, really low reserve. Prior to buying talked to him, he answered all qeustions including it was still under CPO, sent me 2 dozen pics, but never posted the info or pics on ebay. So I won, turned out to be great deal. No issues for 5 yrs, kids and I drove fire out of it. Total depreciation, maintenance, insureance cost me less than 1k/yr.

Looks like BAT way to sell now, my advice is time auction ending for Sat night around 8-9pm. Let people drink and fight it out!

 

Unless I am missing something, it doesn't look like there's anything relevant on BAT right now. I've got an alert set and will get something up when possible.
