Yes, I used to do it often and wait till last min. worked well a few times for me. Never saw the point of rushing to guess. But then I missed a few cut offs and lost a chance to win 3 or 4 that I missed, so I started guessing sooner. There are pluses and minuses to playing that game..lol

TheTorch, yep, but that means lots of math. Subtracting 2 days and converting pacific time. Figuring out daylight or standard time. Is it Julian or Roman calendar. Oh god it makes my head hurt

 

I'm for the $250 increments, but against listing the cutoff. It's easy to see it, never in dispute, and part of the game. This group is pretty good at self-policing without being offensive.

So for scoring if it is close, how about just automatically rounding to the nearest 250, and let people end it in whatever they want? (That's coming from a one hit wonder, so take it for what it's worth, lol)

 

I am here, I have just been busy and have had a tough time getting on. The thing is this thread helps get away from all the COVID BS so I think I need to make more of a habit of getting on here.

That and it is nice that we all have never met yet we are a tight enough group that you guys notice when one of us haven’t been on for a while. So I appreciate it!!
