i opt'd not to do the smile vent.
if i find i have cooling issues, then i'll investigate further at that time. sorry to burst any bubbles, but i wasn't interested in purely an aesthetic change.

I wonder if part #8 in that image would have the correct shape to mate up to the radiator being angled forward.
