2007 C4S on BAT ------> Sold At $35K
This BAT car(Link below) was Silver/black, Manual trans, had 79K miles/minor accident and few options. New clutch installed recently and sold at $35K
I followed this auction because I have same year/model 2007 997 C4S Meteor grey/black and also minor accident 8 years ago.
I've got some nice options like Short Shift kit, Adaptive Sport seats, Heated seats, PSE and H&R springs.
I'm having new Water Pump, New clutch, Brake flush, New front rotor & pads done this winter.
I figured if I sold next year w/under 80K miles, I'd probably fetch $34-$35 for it - I'm thinking maybe more now since market seems to be heading slowly upward on these cars.
Thoughts?

I agree the prices seem to be steady to rising in my search.

Wow, I think that was quite a bargain, especially with sport seats.

Regular Comfort seats sell used for $800-$1,200 per pair. Manual sport seats for double that, and full power sport seats for $3,500--$4,000 per pair, so yes, if you're comparing comfort seats to full power adaptive plus seats, you're looking st a $3,000 delta.
Carbon buckets are about $8,000 a pair used.

Adaptive(power) heated Sport Seats = +$4000
PSE(Porsche Sound Exhaust) = +$3500
So combined I would personally value them as a solid + $4000-$4500 value when considering a used 2007-2008 997 C4S
BUT
In reality maybe a +$3500 value/increased asking price of used 2007-2008 997 C4S
I believe this is a very fair assessment

2007 C4S, 57k, 6MT, Clean Carfax, clean PPI, Dealer serviced, fresh 60k service, fresh tires, low on options. No SC or PSE. Silver with Metrapole blue leather. Very clean inside and out.

Just my 0.02, but I've been seeing the prices on all 997s slowly creep up. Considering you have some fairly desirable enthusiast options like the sports seats and PSE, and are an S, I would expect to see the car a lot closer to the $40K and maybe above depending on interior condition.

*I think I remember you posting when you purchased and I commented on how much I love the Metropol Blue interior with Silver exterior.
Great combo!! - Post some photos again - I know its hard to get that Metropol color not to look black but in person it is a wonderful combo - Enjoy!!

2 wks ago I picked up a 2007 997 C2S Manual 46,100 miles Black/Black. No acc. on CarFax or AutoCheck. PPI came back good except a clutch will be needed soon. No records though and only 1 key. Has all manuals. Due to clutch and 1 key I got them down to $36K. From build sheet has following options. Honestly I don't know why adaptive sport seats would bring such a premium. My regular none power seats in my other one were just fine, for me at least. I set it once and forget about it.
BASE - Porsche Base Model
342 - Heated Front Seats
404 - 19" Turbo Wheel
459 - Leather Steering Wheel
640 - Sport Chrono Package Plus
670 - Navigation for PCM
680 - Bose High End Sound Package
810 - Floor Mats - Interior Color
A1 - Black
AP - Black Sport Seats
CPA - Thicker Leather Steering Wheel
CPT - Storage Bin Lid W/Porsche Crst
P01 - Adaptive Sport Seats
XLF - Sport Exhaust System
