Manual transmission I assume? I would say $40-45,000. Something with closer to 20K and aerokit might be closer to $60,000.

$45ish with a manual tranny. Lower 40's with auto. All this is assuming a clean PPI and no deal killers like accidents etc. Silver, grey or black cars (with black interior) made up 80% of the 997s during this period. I dont know how I fell into a white tan manual 4s but thank my lucky stars I did.

I would put a manual between 45-48k as there has a been run on 997.1/.2s for the last 6 months, the demand is out there as many buyers are now able to afford the 40-50k used 911s..

I agree, $45k for a 997.1 C4S.

I did have one other note to add - The car has PARKING ASSIST. I've never been a fan of this option as I am capable of turning my head and dislike the round discs on the rear bumper.
Would this sway you in any way from purchase?

Any comments/feedback/input from the group appreciated.

given the inventory on the market, parking assist would not be a deal killer for me.

Are you adding another 997.1 to the stable or did you sell your 05?

Given it has 53K miles, I think 41-44K tops is fair.

I would feel semi comfortable dickering with the price IF the car was out in the boonies. But Seattle has a robust market and a clean C4S in the mid 40's is a recipe for a quick sale. OP, if this is the color combination you want, order a PPI and negotiate a deduction for things that pop up on the PPI. Im not talking about little things, Im talking about safety items, or high dollar items.

Since when has an accident become a deal killer? Especially for a 10 year old car with miles? There are always people looking for reasons to have an excuse to push prices down.
If someone finds a car they like with an accident showing on Carfax, find out what happened, who did the repair and how serious it was. If it all checks out, go for it.

X51 should since it' adds 23hp and with with factory parts. No other way of adding that kind of power to a 997 short of an after market supercharger. I also think the X51 plays a big part in the premium the GTS gets. It's a $14,000 option. https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/997G2X51.html

PCCB is probably more of a personal preference option since brakes are less sexy than horsepower. I've never driven a car with PCCB's but I know people who have. Opinions I've heard vary from "couldn't' tell the difference" to "amazing feel but no way I would pay much in the way of a premium for them". They also cost a small fortune to fix if anything breaks btw.

Of course there are other opinions out there but my guess is that there are more buyers ready to pay a premium for an X51 kit than for PCCB's.
