-Cannot reset oil light

-DME total distance is listed as "miles" but displayed in kilometers
-Successfully programmed the side marker as turn signal

Would like to still do one touch pass window and remote open/close. Appreciate if someone could point out what needs to be changed. Also, looks like you can make changes to the Steering Control Unit for those that swap their units to the newer ones in order to make the 997.2 steering wheels function properly.
can you disable the driver seatbelt chime?
strange some 997.2 owners can reset oil service and get the over rev report from the nt520

Meaning you can see an option to program the passenger's side mirror to tilt down automatically when the car is placed in reverse?

Same exact issue occurred for me. 997.1 with an NT-520. Programmed the siren. Double checked it took then back out of programming. No horn honk on remote lock. Went back in to check and the Rear section is no longer accessible.

However, I noticed one potentially new plus: When I lock the car now, I get a double blink of the turn signals and a single blink when it unlocks. Either I never noticed this before (quite possible) or its a positive side effect. Is the double blink on lock normal Porsche function?

Also now need to find someone with a Duramatic to fix my rear access issue.

You can do it with durametric, but the window control **** must be turned to the passenger door for this function to work.

if you find someone with a Durametric Pro first have them clear the siren communication code (which should be 8061) then go to "rear" and go to "coding" then to "alarm" and change the setting from siren back to horn and the alarm should work. The reason you clear the code is for the Foxwell device so it could read "rear" again.

Just got my NT520... my headlights are on at all times. Anyone know how to remove headlight and just use led strip light (997 turbo) as my drl, or even maybe the fogs.
thanks!

That could mean they are being used as daytime running lights which can be controlled through the radio (PCM) then I believe you could use the Foxwell to code the fog lights as daytime running lights.

Have just purchased the Foxwell NT520 PRO and downloaded the Porsche specific ap, and can confirm that I successfully disabled the active rear spoiler on my 997.2 (having previously installed the Flying Ducktail). Decided the lifted flying ducktail looked a bit extreme, although I didn't notice any adverse handling in the lifted position.

Haven't tried any other coding yet but this device saved a trip to the dealer to do disable the rear spoiler lifting with PIWIS and on that basis alone paid for itself..so highly recommended.

good info. Could you check if it can reset the service due message?

also if someone could check if the nt520 can
1. activate/cycle the abs pump to do a full brake bleed.
2. Reset airbag warning light

please post if it was tried on 997.1 or the 997.2

Neither my Service or Airbag lights are currently active so can't really check these at the moment. However, I have read that the service light cannot (yet?) be reset with the NT520.

Correct, no go on service light reset on 997.2 with NT520 unfortunately.

received my NT520 PRO today and spent sometime with it. It already came with the latest porsche software and there was no other update available for it when i checked.
On a 997.2 C2S PDK, it does not reset service due light, it does not read over revs. It shows engine hours and mileage on DME in KMS. Airbag light reset is possible. Steering wheel angle sensor re-calibration is also possible.
I will update if it will cycle the abs pump and i did see a transmission fill mode (for pdk?) but did not try it out.
It will also read all codes which cheap obd bluetooth adapters paired with Torque app wont even rear or clear.
