Andy93si, on getting your right mirror to tilt down when you place your car (I have a manual transmission) in reverse I think that can be set with the instructions in your owners manual. If I’m not mistaken I did this on all three of my P cars when I first bought them

Does this thing program the passenger mirror to tilt down when in reverse? This feature seemed to be linked to my PCM, and it stopped working when I swapped out my PCM.

Just received my NT520 with the latest update. So far here's what I found after playing with it for 10 mins on my 09 997.2 C2S.

-Cannot reset oil light
-All blanks in over rev report
-DME total distance is listed as "miles" but displayed in kilometers
-Successfully programmed the side marker as turn signal

Would like to still do one touch pass window and remote open/close. Appreciate if someone could point out what needs to be changed. Also, looks like you can make changes to the Steering Control Unit for those that swap their units to the newer ones in order to make the 997.2 steering wheels function properly.

Just looked at mine and it's there.

For remote window open/close on 997.1 I did the following: This is from memory, if it doesn't work let me know and I'll check the car when I get home.
  • Passenger door
    • Close comfort:on/enable
    • Open comfort:on/enable
  • Driver door
    • Close comfort:on/enable
    • Open comfort:on/enable
  • PAS
    • comfort functions
      • comfort function window:on/enable
      • comfort via radio remote control:on/enable

Thanks for that tip. I don't have the PCM2.1 manual for my car and I can't find anything in the PCM menus relating to the memory. I'm really not even sure if my car has memory, as I am missing the memory position buttons on the drivers door and only have 1 key so I can't test with other keys. Yet I do have sport chrono and I thought that all sport chronos had the memory function. I'm trying to track down PCM2.1 manual now.

Also, my list of the coding hierarchy was approved by the mods and is contained in post #38 for anyone interested.

Wonder if there's a way to turn the chrono backlight on.

I've been looking for this as well, but I don't believe it can do it at this time.

Looks like you may be in the ODBII menu, not the Porsche menu on the main screen?

According to the owners manual your vehicle must be equipped with seat memory in order for the passenger side mirror to tilt down.

Went ahead and activated the drivers/pass door open/close functions and PAS was already enabled. Now when I hold the lock/unlock button to unlock the car only the passenger window goes down. With both windows down if I leave the car and hold the lock/unlock button only the drivers side goes up. Anyone else have this issue?

***Solved***

Apparently somehow drivers down and pass up defaulted to off so I just had once again reprogram to on. Problem solved.
