Ok thanks for the info.

My Cayenne caps are 76mm which seem a lot bigger than my OZ's thats all

Interesting, so you have already tried fitting them into the OZ wheels??? Now that I think about it, I did have to shave a little bit of material off the center cap to get it to work with the rear OZ wheels, but then they snapped in just fine on my front OZ wheels.

Is it just a hair too big in diameter, or are the caps way bigger than expected?

I have just taken my Cayenne cap out and fitted onto my OZ and the outer size diameter is so much bigger than the OZ cap. The inner diameter is virtually identical though.

My Cayenne cap..

Fitted to my 20'' OZ wheel..

Doh!!! yeah, that does not look good. Sorry, I was just relating to my OZ leggera HLT. They do not have the same center cap design as your wheels do. Not sure how to solve that one..

I'll keep on looking. Love the Porsche caps on after market wheels so hopefully I can find a solution.

Thanks for your time anyway, Appreciate it buddy

Hi qikqbn, very clean setup you got there. I'm thinking about running the same tire sizes on my 997.1 c4s.

I've read that the diffs and the AWD system might be bothered with the change of those new tire sizes. Have you had any issues at all with that?

No worries at all or any issues. If you look at the tire specs and diameters of the originals 235/35/19 + 305/30/19... and compare to 245/35/19 +325/30/19 you will see that the relationship in sizes/diameter are still within porsche specs for no negative effects on the awd system. I have been running this setup for 5 years now and 30,000 miles with absolutely no issues!!

Thank you, glad to hear that! 5 years is quite awhile now. Any plans to change it up?

I have run into this issue before with aftermarket wheels, getting an OEM cap to match the size and attachment grip is always a bit daunting.

So I go with metal wheel cap stickers over the aftermarket wheel caps.

This is my second set, this time I went with 3dcarstickers.com

Measured and ordered down to the MM, taking into account the standard wheel cap lip.

Turned out perfect. Quality is top notch and the adhesive on the sticker is great, these aren’t coming off unless you peel them off.

Still loving the way this wheel and tire setup looks... So no plans to change any time soon.

That is a great idea!! Wonder if they make to match different wheel colors or finishes?

Glad to be an influence, esecially when it looks this good! Awesome, especially on the 4S widebody! If you trust someone to drive your car, try and get a look at your car moving down the road while you drive in another car. This setup looks even more impressive while on the move. I always pinch myself when I see friends driving my car. It just looks so cool with 325's on the rear rolling down the road.
What springs did you go with?

I have a 2009 C4S and am looking for something like it. TIA

997.2 C4S widebody rear bumper comes standard with that lower guard. surprised your car does not have it.. Maybe it was a 2010-2011 option??? I think I first distinctly noticed them on the GTS widebody models, but I got my rear bumper off a 2010 C4S I think.

I have the same "guard" shape on my 2011 RWD GTS:

And also OZ UL wheels...but mine are 9 in F and 12 in R with 245/35 and 325/30 MPS4S.
The un-sprung weight I shed going from forged OEM Fuch Spyders to form flow OZ UL was substantial, but
likely partially offset by the heavier tires. The OZ Superforgiattas are lighter than OEM 997.2 GT3/GT3RS and GT2 wheels, but cost aboout twice as much as the UL. (All comments are referencing CL version.)
