Default Chrono clock on dash

My 997.2 doesn't have it. A friend told me it is an easy add-on at the dealers. I just wonder how practical is this clock and how often it is being used if any. I don't track my car though.

The dash mounted stopwatch (not clock) is part of the Sports Chrono package. SC adds modes to PASM (if fitted), stability/traction control, PDK shifting behavior (if fitted), and timer/stopwatch modes in the PCM.

The Sport (but not Chrono) software is straightforward to add - https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/9X7SM.html

But I think adding the dash mounted stopwatch would be a lot more involved.

Karl.

They are so useless that the only thing they are good for is trying to stop them at 911. Get the software, keep the clean dash.

I use mine as a sunglass holder on the dash.
