You need exact details on the "right rear accident". Read this story and look at the picture of the barely noticeable damage to the right rear bumper : https://rennlist.com/forums/991/7603...r-job-huh.html

Makes you wonder how many similar "light hits" were just fixed with a new rear bumper.

Nice car. But the dealer has informally offered a nice amount for my current car. I am motivated to not have to sell my car myself if i can get a fair price for my car from a dealer. Which usually does not happen but...

Another Q: I have searched on this forum and it seems there are no local PPI shops in Lancaster. How do PPIs work? Would I have to drive the car an hour to the closest recommended PPI shop?

Majority of the time, the dealer will drive the car to the indy for the PPI. Have you contacted Autohaus?

http://www.autohaus.com/

I've had a situation where the Porsche dealership wouldn't allow the car to leave the lot so they insisted that the indy come to the their service dept to use their lift and tools. Keep in mind, some Porsche dealerships stopped doing PPI's so the situations may vary.

My vote (not knowing the details of the accident, only that there was one and the car is assumably driving well) -- $33-$35K.
