Exactly! You wanna brag that you got a good deal or you wanna brag that you own a Porsche?

This tells me two things; its a hard color combo to find and your dealer has the better deal assuming it checks out.

If this is the car that speaks to you, jump on it before its gone. A couple extra $$ is worth getting what you want.
Yes, very hard combo to find for sure. Spend a lot of time in Palm Springs so black/black does not work for me.

Yes, if I can get them down a bit I'd be happy with that. RJ

This is would be my first Porsche.

Thanks. RJ
Cobalt or Aqua are beautiful colors and were my primary color choices when I was shopping around for 997.1/997.2's. I didn't get cold feet but got a cold heart after talking to these dealerships.

My wife would get the cold feet when I found one. It was due to the fact that she prefers white so I had to remain optimistic.

In your situation, the car is speaking to you and everything seems to add up except for their asking price and your purchase commitment.

Push to work out a deal which could help put your indecisiveness to rest. That color doesn't come around often.

You are right! Just found out it sold. Have a plan B car in Santa Monica. 2007 911 S Cab with 55,000 miles in gray. Asking $39,000. Already had a forum member inspect it and it looks fine.

Sorry to hear that. Blue/Tan is a stunning combo. Lots of silver, black, grey 997's in the wild.

Just for fun, I did a quick search for a 2006-2012 White C4S. I found 2 for sale nationwide. One with manual and a black interior. I feel really lucky to have found my car.....and over paid a few $$. Zero guilt.

Moving forward, If silver/black/grey doesnt grab you...wait and be ready to order a PPI the day you see the ad. Dont settle for a 'second choice' color/MT-PDK/ S-4S. Get the car you want and you will have no regrets.
