I love mine.

I tried to post this a couple other times and it seems to work for a day and then the link dies.

Here is a cold start:

Default 997.2 Fister Questions

My 997.2 has stock standard exhaust. I do have K&N air filters. I have read tons of threads regarding making these cars sound “right”. Based on the above comments specific to the DFI motor, is the general consensus to only do the center muffler bypass and not do the Gundo or Fister? OR Is it that if one is going to do fisters it is only good if you also do the center bypass?

I have Fisters on my 997.2 with stock center muffler and have no complaints. Sounds much better at idle (especially cold), no different than stock cruising at low rpms, but comes alive at higher rpms. Maybe I need to hear the difference with a center bypass but to me the Fisters alone sound pretty good.

I have a .2 with Fister and stock center and I really like the change. I believe common opinion is change fister before center. Changing center muffler but leaving stock side cans in place will not change the sound much.

I, for one, love the fister with stock center and plan to probably leave it this way. It’s satisfying without being overly loud.

Thanks, I’ll keep this in mind.
