Thumbs down After market pedals

997.2 C4S....Some sort of adult entertainment mask, One of those cheap paper things with slanted eyes and a strap to keep in on. Inside, it said...The fun starts when the secrets end....I just found it, since I finally folded down the rear seats to place a suitcase on them. Guess Brandy, who used to own it, may have been some sort of.....umm swinger?

They are supposed to be great for toe & heel driving with narrow racing shoes. However, due to its narrow proximity between the brake and throttle pedals, it is very easy to brush the throttle pedal while trying to brake and when it first happened to me, I was totally shocked when I didn't expect the car to rev crazy.

Without attempting to locate the previous owner ?

I was thinking the same way but didn't want to say anything. Losing something like a wedding ring is devastating. At least make an attempt to contact the previous owner. But to keep it and then take it to a jeweler store to profit from someone else's lost is wrong on so many levels.

That's called rationalization.

The Golden Rule trumps it.

A Paul Simon CD left under the passenger seat, and a doctor's note indicating a hard to pronounce illness.

Unknown if it was the owner afflicted by the illness or if the owner was a doctor.

My 911 was pretty clean but some random mix CD playing, about $1.75 in change, container of leather wipes, few business cards and a slew of receipts and records. Pretty boring.

Not in my 911 but things I have found in cars:
An Adam Sandler comedy CD
A money transport envelope from a bank full--of receipts damn it!

Things left in cars:
Tom Ford sunglasses that I bought for my wife
My favorite torque wrench

Things found when I lent my car to a buddy:
A guy stuffed in the trunk--police actually found him when he was arrested for DUI

None of these were in a Porsche.

Got a lawyer's car. Everything you'd expect from bad candy to divorce papers.

The Hubster just found a screwdriver & drinking glass under the driver's seat of our 997. We've had it for over a year now. Can't believe it didn't rattle or make any noise as we drove it.
