Default Bumper Wart Removal

Clever and should've thought about this before I bought a new bumper. It appears that they shaved these bumperettes down:

Hmmmm. Yeah I know what our oem bumpers look like with them removed. That pic of the car for sale has a story regarding the bumperettes. I'll find out.

I thought once the bumperettes were removed all you needed to do to complete the job was to replace the grills with the non-bumperette version.

Ok, cool. Learning is nice.

On early production 2001 turbos Porsche cut out a portion of the bumper cover to fit the fasteners of the bumperettes.

Ill upload a pic of what mine looks like.

After removing mine for paint I have decided to just put them back on.

hahahahahaha, that's exactly why mine went back on. So dumb, unless I want to spend all day minimum filling sanding priming painting then buffing.... I'm happy just keeping them.
