Not a concern IMO, these cars have 3 radiators, 2 fans and a ton of coolant circulating in aluminum. I put a trans cooler in front of half my center radiator and there's no difference in the temp reading now vs. prior, even on 85 degree day idling for 20 min.

First you remove the OEM grills (they just pop out). Our grills have extended tabs on the bottom and sides that line up with and slip into the OEM mounting slots. The top of our grills have a clip we made to secure the grills to the upper OEM slots. There is no cutting or drilling and the conversion is completely reversible at any time. It is sort of a slip in mount for the bottom and sides and a clip mount for the tops.

It takes about 1 hour, maybe slightly more or less depending on familiarity with front bumper removal. Developing this product resulted in the first time I ever had the front bumper off my car. I watched a you tube video and went at it. I found it very easy and straight forward with no issues whatsoever.

Yes, that is the only way. But don't let that scare you, it's an easy job...and well worth the result. You will love looking at the front end with these installed.
