Now make sure you drive it and not let it continue to be a garage queen.

Soooo change in plans. I bought a polar silver x50 car. Same color but... We had sold our home (building another) when i bought the last one. 2 hours after i bought it and posted the buyers of our house backed out so i had to back out. Sold house again and today signed all papers for the x50- 14,000 miles. Pccb. Going hopefull friday to pick it up!

Well it sounds like it worked out fine.

I'm not an expert, but I didn't think you could back out of a home sale once the papers were signed, no right of rescission. If they backed out before signing wouldn't you be able to keep their deposit. Anyway, not my business, glad it's working out. Welcome!

They can back out all they want up to day of closing but lose their escrow money 😄. So we got to keep that at least!

Not in Nc. All due dilligence and escrow money goes to seller if the buyer backs out. But the agent relisted and sold it again so she will eventually get her money! Fingers crossed these people dont back out. I would rather sell the house then keep collecting escrow money!
