That adjustment is for adjusting the light body itself. This is just a piece of plastic that sits on top of the original mount, which is sitting on the body, all you'd be doing is lowering the tail light.

BTW.. I actually have these and when I installed them have the same issue.
I have Light Savers installed on my car. The bracket I am referring to is purely to set the height of the light in relation to the 1/4 panel. It does not adjust the body panel in any way.

All you need is the light to sit 1/16" below the body line for clearance. One of my lights was set at that level by the factory. The other I adjusted myself. It is not even noticeable.

Actually that adjustnent can be used to lower to the rear bumper or raise the light to the upper fender, it also allows you to raise the light up towards the lid or move it down from the lid.
So not sure what your issue is.
By adjusting these the lights with the light savers sit almost exactly as they did without the light savers. The lights sit exactly like they should.

I adjusted my lights a bit but wanted to keep them flush with the body, deck lid, and bumper. Light savers are still touching the deck lid slightly at the bottom.

You could also try extending the bump stops on the underside of the rear deck lid a little by rotating them counter clockwise a 1/4 turn to gain yourself some space.

Well I'm in Aussie, I ordered mine about 12 or 13 days ago and still haven't received them . No tracking number, only customs number. Clint said he'll send another set if I dont receive them.

Sounds like the LS aren't for you.
Did you also adjust your frunk hood even with the bumper? Porsche sets it lower to stop that loud whistle that can happen when they are even.
My lights were already lower then the recessed fender lip. I thought that might be for the same reason as the frunk hood.

Decently fast delivery to Europe, but why the **** has the value of goods been set to $400?

Ended up paying double the price due to VAT and duty...
